Low-emission polyurethane primer – a one-component fast-drying polyurethane primer designed for priming substrates before the application of polyurethane and hybrid parquet adhesives. It can also be used as a means to isolate residual moisture in substrates. Quick-drying and odourless, this PU360 Moisture Suppressant contains no solvents or water, binds dust and facilitates the application of parquet adhesives. Ideal for priming of absorbent and less absorbent substrates commonly found in construction prior to application of polyurethane (PU) and hybrid parquet adhesives. When applied twice, it provides a moisture barrier on cement and concrete substrates – in cases where residual moisture is up to a maximum of 5% according to the CM method.

Caltra SLC 100 is a floor smoothing underlayment which can be used on surfaces of concrete and sand/cement screeds prior to installation of floor coverings.

SLC 100 Self-Levelling Compound is a 1-part cementitious smoothing underlayment. It is manufactured from a controlled blend of special sands, cements and polymers and exhibits high
flow properties making it both self-levelling and smoothing. Self-Levelling Compound is suitable for levelling most common subfloors such as sand/cement screed and concrete.

LLC 200 – 2 Part Latex

LLC 200 is a 2-part latex floor smoothing underlayment. It is manufactured from a controlled blend of special sands, cements and low odour synthetic polymers to give a high quality flooring product with excellent flow and levelling characteristics. LLC 200 can be used to prepare most rigid surfaces prior to the installation of floor coverings such as vinyl, carpet and ceramic floor tiles. LLC 200 can be used on sub floors such as sand / cement screed, concrete, correctly prepared wooden floors, over underfloor and under tile heating, flooring grade asphalt and floors with minor adhesive residue contamination. LLC 200 is free from casein or other proteins and is therefore suitable for use in biologically sensitive areas.

QUICKMIX Rapid Repair Concrete is a blend of specially selected aggregates, cements, and additives to give a very fast setting cementitious patching screed mortar with high early strength. Rapid repairs can be carried out on screeds, pavements and factory floors with minimal obstruction and downtime. Rapid Repair Concrete can be used for other rapid setting applications, such as the bedding of manhole covers, etc. Rapid Repair Concrete is chloride-free, sulphate resistant and non-corrosive to reinforcing steel, and generally does not require
a bonding agent.

Professional SLC 1550 FLEX is a single pack, fast-drying, universal renovation screed with fiberflex microfibre technology.
It is manufactured from a controlled blend of special sands, cements and synthetic polymers to give a high quality flooring product which is self-levelling and smoothing. For use in fast track domestic and commercial situations, such as, where levelling of up to 50mm is required or for use over underfloor heating and on more difficult substrates, e.g. timber. For use in fast track domestic and commercial situations, such as, where levelling of up to 25mm is required, or when finishes need to be applied quickly. It is ideal for offices, dwellings, schools, hospitals, airports, etc. and is suitable for use over underfloor heating. SLC1500 should be overlaid with a suitable resilient floor finish (e.g. carpet, ceramic tiles, vinyl, resin coatings, etc).
